Next Step Plus is a beacon of support for young people aged 15-25 in Queensland, who are transitioning out of care and stepping into the world of independence. Whether you’ve experienced foster care, kinship care, or other out-of-home arrangements, our program is designed to empower you with the tools, support, and confidence you need to build your independent life.

Who is Eligible?
Next Step Plus is here for young people in Queensland, aged 15 to 25, who have had a care experience since turning 12. Whether you’re currently in care and planning for the future, or you’ve already transitioned out of care and need additional support, we’re here to help.
